European publisher Saint-Paul Luxembourg has signed with red.web for a new multimedia publishing system for its daily Luxemburger Wort.

Newsroom project leader Andreas Holpert says the installation will allow them to create new products and “strike out in a new direction”.

Luxemburger Wort was founded in 1848 and has a print run of about 75,000 copies. Articles are in German and to a lesser extent, in French, Luxembourgish and English. The group also publishes TV magazine Télécran in German and French, a while a weekly magazine called Contacto appears in Portuguese, and the daily’s website www.wort.lu offers German, French, English and recently Portuguese.
