ppi Media will install its AdX ad solutions to produce and manage online advertising materials at the Rhein Main publishing group.
With growing popularity of digital elements such as wallpaper, banners and video ads, the VRM group will automate these processes with ppi Media's AdX Digital for online and mobile.
Fully integrated with the AdMan ad production system, it enables booking, design, management and delivery of digital advertising materials to the ad server. Once the campaign has begun, AdX constantly receives information on clicks and ad impressions from the ad server.
Director Oliver Walz says this will eliminate a lot of manual work: "Our advertising marketing department no longer has to struggle with any sort of elaborate processing of online advertising materials. Now we can concentrate even more fully on sales," he says.
The new workflow makes Rhein Main a pioneer as the first media company to combine the digital ad solutions.
AdMan produces or receives static and dynamic flash banners with custom creative codes, with the data then transferred to AdX after being booked with SAP IS-M/AM. Then the integrated ad server delivers the file automatically to Rhein Main's web pages and sends the number of clicks and ad impression to AdX.
"We use this principle for both of our main publications, the Allgemeine Zeitung in Mainz and the Wiesbadener Kurier as well as our local editions. This enables us to design our digital ad management safely and efficiently," says Oliver Walz.
