Norske Skog's previously announced extraordinary general meeting has seen a new chairman and auditors appointed.
Henrik August Christensen was elected new member and chair of the board, with Eilif Due, Joanne Owen, Nils Ingemund Hoff and Mimi Berdal back as shareholder-elected board members.
BDO has been elected the company's new auditor.
