Plans are moving ahead for Thailand's Pack Print International trade show, being held from September 20-23 in Bangkok.
The event is a tripartite collaboration between Messe Düsseldorf Asia, the Thai Packaging Association and the Thai Printing Association, making it quintessentially Thailand's packaging and printing trade fair "for the industry, by the industry", but with the global expertise of DRUPA and interpack.
The sixth edition returns with a renewed focus on the packaging sector, and will present the entire value chain that is, from ideation to creation, bringing to the forefront the full spectrum of the printing and packaging sectors.
Organisers say the strategic launch pad into Thailand and southeast Asia represents a one-stop platform to showcase the industries' newest innovations, draw critical market insights and gain invaluable connections.
The 2015 exhibition showcased 300 exhibitors from 20 countries and attracted 14,615 visitors from 50 countries.
