Global go-lives make Atex's year happy

Three major-clienmt 'go lives' have rounded out a successful year for Atex, the company says.
Two companies installed editorial content management systems inm December to merge digital and print newsrooms, while the third company is using Matrix circulation in a centralised marketing hub supporting four offices.
At the San Diego 'Union-Tribune' – the 24th largest newspaper in the US by circulation – a P-Series CMS is running within 100 days. Parallel workflows will enable multiple sections of the newspaper to be designed and paginated simultaneously.
The paper is producing more than 420 pages a week with 250 users.The company inmstalled AdBase advertising in March last year
'Nordkurier', a German daily newspaper with an average daily circulation of 94,000 readers, is live with an H-Series CMS to publish content to print, online or mobile channels.
South Africa's Independent News & Media group (17 daily and weekly newspapers) is using Atex circulation to manage the process from customer orders and billing, to warehouse management and delivery. Subscription systems have been migrated to a centralised database for more than 200,000 subscribers, with the last go-live in a six-month implementaion taking place in Durban last week.
