Postponed to May 26-30, Printpack India will still be the first major printing trade show since the COVID-19 pandemic started.
Members of the IPAMA governing council agreed the postponement at their meeting on January 17.
In a statement afterwards, the council said the decision was made, “keeping in view the prevailing conditions and recommendations of the exhibitors, associate partners and in consultation with officials of the India Expo Centre”.
The new date “appears a safe period for exhibitors and all concerned parties including business visitors, who are the backbone of the exhibition”.
Dates to qualify for discounts – both for existing and new exhibitors – have been revised accordingly. Organisers say leading companies and exhibitors remain invested and will be present at a “unique and highly innovative” fifteenth Printpack India event at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.
The exhibition was to have been held from March 11-15. More details here.
