New owner Aurelius has taken the title of a recent campaign on continuous innovation as its new name for the former Agfa Offset Solutions business.
As ECO3, it picks up on the 2022 theme promoting “three times ECO” – ecology, economy and extra convenience, with a new logo “expressing the agility of the company going forward” and CMYK-based colours, “a tribute to our industry”.
Aurelius says the business will continue with the same organisational structure and sales and service teams. Present “across all steps of the prepress value chain”, the prepress technology provider to the offset printing industry will offer a portfolio of offset plates, graphic film, equipment and services, as well as software and chemicals.
Global head of sales Frederik Dehing says that while the brand, logo and colours are changing, “nothing will change for our customers.
“They can continue to rely on their trusted account manager and service engineer, on the innovative product portfolio they buy from ECO3 and on the highest value in product and service.”
ECO3 inherits direct sales and service organisations in more than 30 countries, with manufacturing capacity in Europe, the Americas and Asia. With the support of Aurelius, it is committed to drive existing and new business initiatives forward in a sustainable manner.
Global head of technology and marketing Joan Vermeersch says ECO3 “perfectly summarises what we stand for.
“We are committed to continuous innovation in product and service and focus on three times ECO: Ecology, Economy, and Extra Convenience… or ECO3.”
