It's a tough time to be organising a conference: Because of the economcal climate Ifra has extended the 'early bird' offer for its News in Printing Conference, 'New paths in a changing world' in Paris (March 5-6).
Until February 13, registrations cost 850 Euros + VAT for Ifra members and 1250 Euros + VAT for non-members.
The event is being chaired by French printing technologies consultant Christian Merger. Confirmed speakers include:
Michel Bernard, Senga Conseils/Le Figaro, France;
Frederic Fabre, S3G Print Estillac, France;
Neil Heyside, Effective Management, UK;
Geir Inge Lerang, Aftenbladet Trykk, Norway;
Erik Ranängen, Tryck i Norrbotten AB, Sweden;
Nabil Sahl, Al Jazirah Corp, Saudi Arabia; and
Moritz Schwarz and Roland Thees from Ifra, Germany
Representatives from Océ, HP, Kodak and Screen will take part in a panel discussion on digital printing.
