Systems developer Atex has teamed with cloud content services provider Brightcove to integrate its video platform with the Polopoly web CMS interface.

Joint customers will be able to deliver high quality video experiences powered by Brightcove’s Video Cloud, uploading and embedding hosted video content directly to their website pages. The combination makes it easy to deliver content across both Flash and HTML5-compatible environments.

North American sales vice president at Atex, Lars Jiborn described the development as an exciting partnership enabling them to offer an extended ‘one-stop-shop’ solution: “We are confident that this collaboration will help customers find new audiences, make their products come to life and build customer loyalty,” he says.

Astral Media, one of Canada’s largest media companies, is already using both systems. Sophie Théberge, head of production there, welcomed a move which brings together “two great products that we've implemented which have helped us reach our global interactive strategy.”
