German systems developer red.web closed the year with an order to take Vechta daily Oldenburgische Volkszeitung into the multimedia age.

Manager Christoph Grote and Siegmund Radtke, who is manager of Mittelrhein-Verlag as well as head of red.web, signed the contract at a meeting in Münsterland in Lower Saxony.

Radtke says the Oldenburgische Volkszeitung has high expectations of its new publishing system, making him especially proud that they chose red.web.
