Goss service partner Dovak Industrial Services will team with GWS to commission a used Sunday 2000 press in Algeria.

The 24-page heatset press is going to leading Algerian printer El Halil, as the company moves into web-offset.

GWS sales executive for French speaking North Africa Gael Amic says the company is proud to have been chosen to deliver the press to a company which is traditionally a sheetfed printer: "It is rewarding to see that our expertise and in-house knowledge are being recognised by leading, high quality printers around the globe.'

The Goss Sunday 2000 press will be reconditioned at GWS factory in the Netherlands prior to being shipped to Algeria, and GWS will also supply a complete postpress system. Installation in Algeria starts in March, with the press is expected to commence production during the summer.

For the start-up, GWS will team up with Dovak, who are the official Goss service partner for Europe and Africa.
