A new alliance with US equipment dealer Impressions Worldwide will see WebPress back in Asia.

The restructured company has announced the appointment of Impressions as its exclusive agent for sales in the Americas and Asia, along with a presence at the Print 2013 show now on.

Central to the company’s offering is the compact Quad-Stack four-colour unit which was being shown in Chicago. Web Press has gone through a major reorganization following its acquisition by Globe Machine, also based in Washington State.

A first sale has been to a Caribbean publisher, and WebPress says it has orders for three Quad-Stack units – one for a printer in Florida, and two for Venezuela – due to be commissioned early next year.
