Digital newspaper finishing developer Hunkeler is continuing its succession planning with a series of new appointments.

Majority shareholder and group chairman Stefan Hunkeler (50) takes over the role held by his 74-year-old father Franz since 1990, with Michel Hunkeler (44) replacing his brother Stefan as chief executive.

Responsibility for marketing and sales now goes to Hans Gut (49), who has managed the marketing division as a long-standing executive board member, including America/Asia pacific sales following the departure of director Erich Hodelin April to partner company Hunkeler Systeme AG.

Since its establishment in 1922, Hunkeler AG has always been managed by members of the Hunkeler family.
