A new joint venture will strengthen Sun Chemical's publication ink offering to the Gulf states.

A joint venture with Ink Products parent Alliance Holding Company will see the formation of Sun Chemical Saudi Arabia, combining two leading suppliers to packaging and publication markets in the region.

President of Alliance Holding Abdullah Al Hobayb says being able to tap into Sun Chemical's global resources will bring "many great options" to its customers. Sun will own the majority of the share in the new joint venture, and the transaction will be subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
