Melbourne-based contract newspaper printer Streamline Press has installed an extra Agfa platesetter, increasing up to 45 of the Goss Community-size plates hour. The new Advantage N-SA and VPP68 processor join an existing Agfa Polaris unit at the Fitzroy plant. The small footprint Advantage N-SA has been installed alongside the older system, allowing plates to be made on either line, with upgraded Arkitex workflow – including a second NewsDrive –enabling plates to be directed to either of the devices.
