manroland Goss has announced a long-term maintenance and service contract for Egyptian publishing and media group Nahdet Misr following two press relocations.

The service package covers the next three years and will provide preventive maintenance and inspection, the supply of spare parts and rapid emergency telephone support.

“Our complex printing presses are designed for high-performance,” says regional international vice president Andreas Eichhorn.”Continuous maintenance, upgrades and potential analyses are essential to ensure that this performance is consistently and reliably available during ongoing production.”

The service package marks a milestone and is the result of a close relationship following relocation projects of two Lithoman presses.

Nahdet Misr board member Ahmed M. Ibrahim says continuous communication between manroland Goss’ experts and Nadhet Misr’s service team enhances the experience and understanding between them, which guarantees production efficiency, while engineering director Ahmed Ahmed Abdelrazek Labana said manroland Goss’ maintenance concept and preventive competences provide confidence in a more sustainable operation to meet challenging production plans. “The rapid response and 24/7 TSC support contribute to faster troubleshooting and reduced downtime as well as fast delivery of spare parts.”
