Single-width flexibility continues in favour with publishers in the Carolinas with Evening Post Publishing in North Charleston switching from existing double-wide, and a Lumberton print site adding three towers to en existing press.

ImPressions Worldwide has been at work in North Charleston, where an eight-tower Goss Magnum (pictured) is taking over the load, as well as freeing up the existing downtown print site.

The two-folder fully-automated press has new DCOS automation.

In Lumberton, North Carolina, ImPressions will add three Goss SSC towers to an existing press at Champion Media, enabling them to meet growing print demands.

Meanwhile in Corona in southern California, another ImPressions team is installing a six-tower, two-folder Goss Community SSC (below) for newspapers and commercial work. The press will have six Enkel splicers installed at right angles to the pressline.
